Massages
Deep Tissue Massage 30, 60 or 90-min / $35, $55 or $80
Targets only one to two specific areas of the body by using slower strokes and friction techniques across the grain of the muscle to target the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue. Hot stones may be used to warm up stubborn muscles.
Signature Massage 30, 60 or 90-min / $35, $55 or $80
A customized treatment that uses the long, flowing strokes of traditional Swedish massage combined with the therapeutic benefits of Deep Tissue and other orthopedic techniques as needed. This massage is designed to work with the soft tissues of the body and stimulate blood circulation and soothe tense muscles for ultimate relaxation and health maintenance. Hot stones may be used to warm up stubborn muscles.
Swedish Massage 30, 60 or 90-min / $35, $55 or $80
Long, relaxing, flowing strokes are used to sooth muscles and increase circulation, creating relaxation.
Prenatal Massage
60-min / $65
Mom’s-to-be have special needs. While paying special attention to your needs and comfort, mom-to-be is massaged while lying on her side for the first half of the massage and ending on her back (inclined) for the remainder. Great pampering and wonderful benefits for stressed feet, legs and back. Must be at least 16 weeks along.
Hot Jade Stone Massage 90-min / $90
Smooth hot jade stones are used to glide across your body, penetrating the muscles and melting your stress and tight muscles. Cold stones are incorporated to cleanse and flush stubbornly tight muscles.
Facials
All facials and peels are done with naturally derived skin care products. Types of peels: glycolic acid, lactic acid, phyto-pumpkin enzyme and cranberry/salicylic acid.
Signature Facial 60-min / $60
The most pampering facial you will ever experience. Includes cleanse, exfoliation, treatment mask and moisturizer. In addition to the signature facial massage, you will receive a scalp massage, hand/arm massage and foot massage. For that red carpet glow, add one or both of the following: oxygen treatment - $5 / peel - $10.
Express Spa Facial 30-min / $40
A quick, but relaxing facial: cleanse, exfoliation and moisturizer. Includes my signature facial massage and a scalp massage.
Express Treatment Facial 30-min / $45
For those who are not interested in the fluff and buff and just want results: cleanse, exfoliation, treatment mask and moisturizer. Includes a scalp massage if you choose. Add a peel for $10.
Bacial 30-min / $50
Whether you have backne, dry skin or you just want to look your best for a special occasion, this skin treatment is formulated specifically to leave your back smooth, clarified/moisturized and glowing. Includes cleanse, scrub, treatment mask and moisturizer. Add a peel for $20.
